1.Product Details:
Product description: This product is made for different types of materials (such as electrophoresis material, spray paint, etc.). The specially formulated polyethylene (PE) film is coated with special pressure sensitive adhesive with the adhesion of 20~300, covering all types of materials, and the quality is stable.
Application: Mainly used for various aluminum alloy profiles, such as: electrophoresis materials, spray coatings, oxidized polishing materials, plastic profiles, plastic steel door and window profiles, etc., so that it is not damaged during transportation, storage and processing.
Product specifications: Dimensions: (150-2100) mm (200-1000) m (0.02~0.2) mm (width / length / thickness) Peel strength: 30~300g/25mm (can be customized according to the specific conditions of the surface of the board)
Color: Transparent, milky white, blue, black and white. The colors can also be customized according to customer's requirements or samples. It can print text and patterns in four colors.
Remark: 1)Lead time: Small order without printing for 2-3days, Mass order with printing for 10-15days.
2)Packing:All of our items have New Bong logo, on the roll core and carton box. In normallly, have carton box or kraft paper to packing, outside with wrap film.
3)About cut tape:Normally big capacity shipment for roll, if need to cut small tape, we can cut for u, in final it is up to u.
4)Protective film color: 4 Colors, Transparent, Milk white, Blue, Black & White
5)Printing albility: Max 4 Colors, front and advertisement, base on client's design drawing.
